Welfare services

  • Member's Spouse's Death: Financial support of NPR 3,000 will be provided in the event of the death of a member's spouse.
  • Maternity Expenses: Members will receive financial support of NPR 3,000 for maternity expenses.
  • Provident Fund Expenses: In the event of a member's death while contributing regularly to the savings fund, financial support of NPR 4,000 will be provided.
  • Natural Disaster Relief: Financial assistance of NPR 2,500 will be provided immediately for damages to homes or properties due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, landslides, heavy snowfall, storms, floods, or fires.
  • Incentive Expenses: An incentive prize of NPR 2,011 will be awarded to one child per branch who scores outstanding marks in the S.E.E. (Secondary Education Examination).
  • Business Restoration Support: For members who are experiencing difficulties in business due to personal or business-related accidents, support will be provided for business restoration and financial assistance.
  • National Crisis Support: Financial support will be provided to affected customers during a pandemic declared by the Nepal Government or a national crisis.
  • Funeral Expenses: In the case of a member's death for any reason, financial assistance will be provided to the member's family for funeral expenses.
 

Other services

  • SEE Examination Awards: A cash prize will be awarded to the best-performing male and female students among the children of employees in the SEE examination. Additionally, one child from each branch who achieves excellent marks will receive a prize on the occasion of the financial institution's establishment day.
  • Institutional Social Responsibility: Programs will be conducted in all provinces in sectors directly related to society, such as education, health, and sports, as per the limits set by the Nepal Rastra Bank.
  • Scholarships for Underprivileged Students: An annual scholarship will be provided to economically disadvantaged but talented students from around each branch.
  • Natural Disaster Relief: In the event of damage to business or home due to natural disasters, immediate relief will be made available to members from the customer protection fund.
  • Awareness through Media: Educational content related to loan repayment and financial discipline will be regularly disseminated through social media and other communication channels.
